These Terms of Service govern your use of www.khalilstudios.com, operated by Khalil Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Tampa, Florida photography business specializing in portrait, headshot, and personal branding photography.

Website Information and Inquiries
Our website provides information about our photography services, portfolio, and approach. Service descriptions, availability, and pricing information may change.
Submitting a contact form, discussing a project, or receiving a proposal does not by itself reserve a session or create a photography services agreement. A booking is confirmed only after the booking requirements communicated by Khalil Studios have been completed.
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit information about other people only when you have permission to do so.
Photography Agreements
Photography services are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement establishes the applicable scope of work, fees, payment schedule, cancellation and rescheduling terms, deliverables, editing, turnaround times, image licenses, and other project requirements.
If these website terms conflict with your signed photography agreement on a matter relating to your session, the signed agreement controls.
Model Releases and Permission to Use Likeness
We use a separate model release for each shoot. The release governs permission to photograph and use a participant’s likeness, name, or other identifying information as specified in that document.
Browsing this website, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing a session does not itself grant permission to use your likeness for promotional purposes. Such permission is addressed in the applicable release or other separate authorization.
For minors, the applicable agreements and releases must be completed by an authorized parent or legal guardian.
A model release and a client image license serve different purposes. Signing a release does not transfer copyright ownership or grant the participant unrestricted rights to use the photographs.
Copyright and Website Content
Unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing, Khalil Studios or its licensors own the photographs, text, graphics, branding, and other content displayed on this website.
You may view the website for personal use and to evaluate our services. Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not copy, download, reproduce, edit, distribute, sell, publish, or otherwise exploit website content. You may not remove watermarks or ownership notices.
The appearance of a person, business, or brand in our portfolio does not grant visitors permission to use that photograph or imply an endorsement.
Client Use of Photographs
Purchasing a session, digital file, or print does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.
Your permitted use of delivered photographs is defined by your photography agreement or written license. Personal branding, business websites, advertising, publication, third-party distribution, and other commercial uses must fall within that permission.
Any restrictions on editing, filters, credit, sublicensing, or transfer are governed by the applicable agreement. Contact us before using photographs in a way your license does not clearly authorize.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Submit spam, malicious code, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
